Terms & Conditions
You are required to acknowledge and agree to the PDPA requirement, Liability Release, Terms and Conditions set by Miles Aweigh PTE LTD.

Reservation and Deposit

A reservation or booking will only be considered valid when a deposit has been made.

Customers can pay via the following methods:
i. bank transfer
ii.cheque
iii.cash
Payment
Trip is only confirmed when full payment has been received by the company. Customers can pay via the following methods:
i. bank transfer
ii.cheque
iii.cash
We will collect the remaining balance 3 months before the trip. We will then send you a confirmation and receipt once full payment has been made.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

As we operate with many operators around the world. Our policy will differ from operator to operator. We strive to be in tandem with their existing policy to remain fair to our customers. If there is no existing policy by the operator, the trip shall fall under Miles Aweigh PTE LTD's Cancellation & Refund Policy. Customers must agree with the reservation terms and conditions meted out by the operator ie:

i.Sudden change in liveaboards

ii.rooms, room type

iii.cabin allocation

iv.trip itinerary

 

A cancellation by the resort/liveaboard operator warrants a full refund but Miles Aweigh PTE LTD reserves the right to add a 4% charge to the total cost of the trip as an admin fee incurred by the company.

Making a cancellation after paying the deposit:

More than 90 days before trip-Full refund less 4% admin fee

Less than 90 days before trip-No refund

Making a cancellation after paying full payment:

More than 90 days before trip-Full refund less 4% admin fee

Less than 90 days before trip-No refund
